Terms of Service — The Solane
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of websites operated by TheSolane Co., Ltd. ("The Solane", "we", "us"), including thesolane.com, and any software products we make available, including Content Analysis. By using our websites or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. The Solane services
We build software products that help you connect social accounts and understand content performance. Our products are under active development. Features, availability, and supported platforms may change at any time, and a product that is not yet available (as published on our product pages) should not be relied upon.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
Where a product requires an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure;
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account;
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
- You must have the authority to connect the accounts and data you connect through our products.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our websites or products. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempting to access data you are not authorized to access;
- Interfering with or disrupting the services or connected platforms;
- Scraping or bulk-extracting data from our websites beyond normal use;
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
5. Social media integrations and third-party platforms
Our products connect to third-party platforms (such as Meta/Facebook). These connections are subject to the third-party platform's own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to when you authorize the connection. We are not responsible for the third-party platforms, and their availability is outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
Our websites, products, and their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own content. You grant us no broader rights than are needed to provide the services you use.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise that any product is always available. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to release, support, or continue any product, feature, or integration.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our websites and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content analysis results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount as permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, in which case those specific limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination and disconnection
You may stop using our products at any time. You may disconnect connected accounts and request deletion of your data as described in our data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or to protect our services and users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
